Description 

Do you want to make a difference at City and in the local community? Are you looking for an opportunity to lead on projects and campaigns? Do you want to develop employment skills that will make you stand out? Then this opportunity is for YOU! 

Sustainability Leaders are students who work together to deliver sustainability projects on campus and in the local community. Sustainability Leaders develop their own projects, including: 

  • Idea generation 
  • Research
  • Planning
  • Implementation
  • Review
  • The City Food Co-op
  • Sustainable City Awards
  • Sus Coffee

All students can apply by registering their interest with sustainable_city@city.ac.uk

When does it take place? 

September to April (Awards Ceremony, June)

Sustainability Leaders meet with City's Sustainability Team once a month to receive training, support and resources.
